The Department of Social Security site also offers the opportunity for you to comment on the proposals outlined in the Green Paper. Of particular interest to UK polio survivors are the sections covering disability. For the benefit of non UK readers, a Green Paper is a 'discussion document' outlining Government proposals but without necessarily committing to implimenting them.
