http://www.reutershealth.com/: The bulk of Reuter's medical and healthcare information/news services are now subscription only. However, they do provide a small selection of news items on a daily basis at no charge. The usual caveat applies, i.e. the process of interpreting and condensing information for the 'newswire' can lead to distortions. Hence, no medical news item from any source should be taken at face value.
